Terms
The plain version.
This website is provided as is, for information. The app is not available to the public yet, and it will have its own terms before it is. Everything below is the longer way of saying that.

Who you’re agreeing with
“notepad64”, “we” and “us” mean Spergs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using this website you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
The website
This site describes notepad64. We try to keep it accurate, and say on the page what is not built yet, but it is provided for information and may be out of date. Don’t use it to do anything unlawful or to disrupt it for others.
The text, the design and the notepad64 name and icon belong to Spergs, LLC. Linking to the site is welcome.
The app
notepad64 is not yet offered to the public: there is no sign-up and nothing to download, and nothing on this site is an offer to provide it. When it is available, it will come with terms of its own, published here first.
No warranty
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spergs, LLC and its officers, members and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the greatest extent local law permits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by email will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
